Picnik is a great way to get students involved with photo editing. What a great stepping stone for Photo Shop. The students will love editing photos for their Blog. I know I love editing photos... :)

Week 3 Thing 6

CLASSROOM 2.0

Week 3 Thing 5

| View Sample Photo Books | Create your own Photo Book

I can see some really great projects happening this year in my classroom. These are some photographs of the projects the students made for our Community Project. I hope to make a lot of these Mixbooks for this school year and make them available to the parents after every project and have the students create their own pages.

Week 2 Thing 4

Great site for students to safely blog.
This is a great way to get students fully immersed in a safe Web 2.0 experience. Kidblog allows students to interact with one another in a safe, non-threatening environment that is controlled by the teacher. The best thing about the site-- it's free!
